What this website collects
This website uses no cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, forms or third-party scripts. Its fonts and images are served from our own server.
Like any web server, ours keeps a technical log of each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, your browser's user-agent string and the page that linked to us. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, for example to spot errors and attacks.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How long: logs are rotated daily and deleted automatically after 14 days.
If you email us
If you write to info@rovadigital.com or payments@rovadigital.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How long: until the conversation no longer needs a record, unless we must keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Who handles data for us
- OVHcloud (France) hosts the server that runs this website.
- Cloudflare provides the domain's DNS and forwards email sent to info@rovadigital.com and payments@rovadigital.com.
- Google provides the mailbox that forwarded email arrives in.
Cloudflare and Google are US companies and may process data outside the EU. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email info@rovadigital.com and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.

If anything here changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
